This is a dish that my dad created one day when myself & my 4 sisters were younger. He didn't know what to call it so because you roll them like enchilada's I decided to call them his Chocolate Enchilada's.

  • sugar
  • cocoa, unsweetened

How To Make daddy's chocolate enchilada's

Roll out pie crust as large as desired. Take a small saucer or any round object and cut a circle. Place seam side down in a 9x13 pan.
