package sugar-free orange jello
frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a bowl, dissolve jello in the boiling water, stirring with a wire whisk.
Stir in yogurt until well blended. Whisk in thawed topping.
Divided among 4 dessert dishes or lightly coat a 3-cup mold with nonstick cooking spray and pour mixture into it.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 6 hours.
Serve with a dollop of the whipped topping, if desired. If using a mold, unmold onto a plate and serve.
