Cranberry and Brie Pizza

- 12-inch boboli pizza crust
- 1 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 8 oz
- brie, softened and rind removed
- 3/4 c
- canned whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c
- pecans, chopped
1Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2Cut softened brie into 1/2-inch cubes.
3Brush Boboli crust with olive oil. Spread cubes of cheese on the crust.
4Place cranberry sauce in a small bowl, stir to break up pieces. Spoon sauce by teaspoonsful evenly over cheese. Sprinkle with pecans.
5Bake 8 minutes, then cut into 16 wedges.
