This is an awesome icing and honestly could be used with many different cakes...I recommend using it with my cookies and cream cake recipe!!!!

2-8 ozpackages cream cheese

pinchsalt

1 tspvanilla extract

3 3/4 cconfectioners' sugar

1 1/2 coreo cookies, crumbled
How To Make cookies and cream cheese icing

1In a large bowl with mixer, blend the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth about 3min. Add salt and vanilla. Add confectioners' sugar 1/2 cup at a time until smooth. Beat in cookies.
