Ingredients

1 c
cottage cheese
1 c
cream cheese
1/2 c
sour cream
1/2 c
heavy cream
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
powdered sugar to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Line your mold (or a colander) with cheese cloth that has been rinsed in cold water and wrung out. Let excess hang over the sides.

Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Whip the heavy cream to very soft peaks and fold in. Add powdered sugar to taste. Stir in vanilla.

Spoon into prepared mold and fold cheese cloth over the top.
Cover with plastis wrap and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Place mold on a plate to catch drainage.

To serve: open cheese cloth and invert onto a serving plate. Serve with fresh berries and whipped cream.
