Ingredients

envelopes unflavored gelatin (knox)
1/2 c
water
1 c
granulated sugar
2 1/2 c
coconut milk, unsweetened
1 c
evaporated milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Dissolve gelatin in water.

Add sugar, coconut milk and dissolved gelatin to a saucepan and cook over very low heat for 20 minutes. Do not let it boil. Add milk.

Pour into an 8-inch square pan and cool. Cover and chill until set. Cut into squares to serve.
