Many of you already have pumpkin on hand and all you need is a yellow cake mix and cinnamon chips to make these little tasty gems!! So easy and good!

350 degree oven. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased mini muffin tins and bake for 10 minutes. That's all there is to this recipe and I can assure you everyone will love them!

Some of you may not be familiar with cinnamon chips. They are a seasonal item in our local grocers and are with the other chips. A larger grocer should have them available.

    So sorry about the duplicate. Loretta, the cinnamon chips are difficult to find but if you have a larger grocery store chain, they usually carry them.

    That's alright Stephanie, I should be able to find them as I live near Coeur'd Alene, and Spokane, (Spokane is a much bigger city), so I should beable to find some Cinnamon Chips somewhere...they also have Gourmet Kitchen Boutiques around, and they probably carry something like that....Anyway, even if I can't find them, I will figure out something to fix those recipes that call for cinnamon chips....love and hugs...

    OMG; I have a cousin in Coeur'd Alene. Have you ever heard of the McLeods? My aunt and uncle also lived there before passing a few years ago.

    I sure hope you can find the chips; if not, I will send some to you.
