My Late Mom taught me to make these delicious canolla's. They are so tasty and your compnay will enjoy them. I usually make these at Christmas time wih the egg nog punch that I make. That too is delicious.
Mix altogether sour cream, ricotta cheese, powerdered sugar, whipping cream put last and blend in. Add mint extract and mix well to a smooth color. Opt. walnuts, chopped. then fill the canolla shells...can add cherries to the topping.
You can purchse the canolla shells in your local supermarket. If not, try to locate a babkery. This recipe serves 12 to 20 people.
