Ingredients

2 stick
margarine
2 1/2 c
sugar
1 1/2 c
self-rising flour
3/4 c
milk
2 Tbsp
vanilla
4 or 5 Tbsp
cocoa powder ( less or more to your taste )
2 1/4 c
hot water

Step-By-Step

1In a 9 x 13 baking pan melt the 2 sticks butter
2mix in large bowl < 1 1/2 cups sugar and the 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour , 2 Tblsp. vanilla an the 3/4 cup milk , mix well. pour over the butter. <DO NOT STIR>
3mix in small bowl : 1 cup sugar and 4 or 5 Tbsp. (less or more to taste) cocoa powder < sprinkle over the batter > DO NOT STIR >
42 cups hot water (POUR OVER TOP OF COCOA MIXTURE, DO NOT STIR >
5bAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 35 TO 40 MINUTES TILL GOLDEN BROWN>
