Ingredients For chewy cake

  • 1-16 oz box
    light brown sugar
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 1- 7oz can
    coconut
  • 2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How To Make chewy cake

  • 1
    Mix brown sugar and eggs together.
  • 2
    Stir flour and coconut into brown sugar mixture.
  • 3
    Sprinkle pecans into the batter, drizzle the melted butter and vanilla over batter. Fold ingredients together. Mix well.

    Bake in 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray (Baker's Joy, or Pam) Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
