Cheese Tarts

Cheese tarts can be frozen, you can top them with cherries or your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

3 pkg
cream cheese (8 ounces)
1 c
sugar
5
eggs
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla
1 c
sour cream
1/4 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees
1. Beat cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla beating well. Add eggs one at a time and beating well. Fill cupcakes papers 3/4 full.
Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out for 5 minutes.
2Then: Fill middle with sour cream, sugar, vanilla. Mix by hand with spoon. Spoon on cheese tarts and bake for 5 minutes to set middle.
3Cool-then refrigerate.

Makes 6-6/1 dozen small and 2 dozen large cupcakes.
