Spread 1 can of crescent rolls in bottom of dish! Cream the sugar, cream cheese, 1/2 stick of butter and milk together. Top crescent rolls with cream cheese mixture. Spread 1 can of crescent rolls on top. Top with pats of rest of butter and pecans. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Icing: Mix together sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over top of danish while still warm. Note: I use the cinnamon/sugar mixture to my taste and I use a 13x9x2 pan or dish!
