I still remember the day like yesterday when my paternal aunt made this sweet for my farewell party
Even now, reminiscing that day, the taste of butter and carrots, so well-balanced, makes my mouth water
Yum, yum, yum! What a sweet surprise this was! I may add a few more cashews next time because they were so darn good.
