I made this about a year ago for a potluck we had at work. Everyone loved it and whenever we decide to do a potluck, I am always asked to bring this.

Ingredients For brownie cheesecake

  • 1 box
    brownie mix
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2
    eggs
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1/3 to 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 8 oz
    whipped topping, thawed
  • favorite ice cream toppings, if desired

How To Make brownie cheesecake

  • 1
    Mix brownies using the oil, water and eggs according to package. Bake according to directions on package. Let cool completely.

    In mixing bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.

    When brownie is completely cooled, top with cheesecake mixture. Let set in fridge for a couple to hours to help set up the filling.

    Top with your favorite ice cream toppings if desired,cut in servings and enjoy.
