I made this about a year ago for a potluck we had at work. Everyone loved it and whenever we decide to do a potluck, I am always asked to bring this.

Ingredients For brownie cheesecake

1 boxbrownie mix
-
1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1/4 cwater
-
2eggs
-
8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

8 ozsour cream
-
1/3 to 2/3 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
8 ozwhipped topping, thawed

favorite ice cream toppings, if desired
How To Make brownie cheesecake

1Mix brownies using the oil, water and eggs according to package. Bake according to directions on package. Let cool completely.

2In mixing bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.

3When brownie is completely cooled, top with cheesecake mixture. Let set in fridge for a couple to hours to help set up the filling.

4Top with your favorite ice cream toppings if desired,cut in servings and enjoy.
