This recipe came from my mothers' Aunt Mildred. She served this to us one summer and it became a family favorite for us.

Ingredients For blueberry delite

  • 2 c
    plain flour
  • 1 c
    margarine, melted
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lg
    cool-whip
  • 3 c
    xxxx sugar
  • 1 can
    blueberry pie filling

How To Make blueberry delite

  • 1
    Mix together flour, margarine, and pecans. Press into a 9X12 oblong pan and bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.

    Remove pan from oven and cool.

    Mix together cream cheese, Cool-Whip and XXXX Sugar. Pour over cooled crust. Spread one can of Blueberry pie filling over mixture.

    Chill 1 hour before serving.
