box jell-o lemon gelatin
1 pt
cottage cheese
1 pkg
cool whip, thawed
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
3 Tbsp
boiling water
1 pkg
graham cracker pie crust

Directions Step-By-Step

In a blender, add Jello lemon gelatin and boiling water, blend for about 30 seconds until foamy. Add lemon juice and blend for another 30 seconds. Add cottage cheese, a little at a time, to the lemon juice mixture, until mixture is really smooth. In a large bowl, pour the cottage cheese mixture into it and fold in thawed cool whip until it is mix together very well. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for 1 hour or overnight. You also can change the flavor of the cheesecake by using different flavor of the jello, like for halloween you can use orange flavor jello to make it like for a pumpkin, etc. Enjoy!!
