- cooking oil (or enough to be about 1 1/2 inches to 2 inches deep in your pan)
- powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, or glaze of choice
Take out and let sit on paper towels to drain excess oil. Dust with powdered sugar or use whatever you wish to make the flavor of choice. I love cinnamon and sugar.
