Heat oven to 300 degrees: For crust place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Stir until completely mixed and pat with fingers into 9"x11"x2" baking dish, push up half way to side of dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and cool completely.
For filling, place cream cheese in large bowl and blend with electric mixer until smooth, add powdered sugar and blend until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve, (at least 2 hours) Top with cherry pie filling, serve.
