Basic Bread Pudding (Microwave)
I keep cut up bread in the freezer,
whenever I have pieces left at the end of a loaf. It's made in a glass cake pan and I throw it together for my husband and he thinks I'm great.

- bread cubes lightly packed into cup(4-5 slices)
- 1/2 c
- brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 tsp
- 1/2 c
- 2 c
- 1/4 c
- eggs beaten
BASIC BREAD PUDDING POWER LEVEL HIGH (10) MED HIGH (7)
1Spread bread cubes evenly in 8-inch round dish.
Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and salt, then raisins
2Measure milk into 1 qt. measuring cup. Add butter.
MICROWAVE AT HIGH 4 MIN.until butter is melting.and milk is warm. Rapidly stir in eggs with a fork and mix well. Pour over bread cubes in dish.
3MICROWAVE AT MEDIUM HIGH 9-12 MIN.rotating dish 1/2 turn after 6 min..When cooked, center may still be slightly soft. It will set up a pudding cools. Serve
warm or with ice cream,
You can add any other of your favorite ingredients.
