This stuff tastes like a just out of the oven warm, fresh baked oatmeal cookie.. It's great for breakfast with some buttery sliced cooked apples on the side, or great warm with a scoop of vanilla ice creamand a drizzle of real maple syrup for dessert. Add in things if you want like, plumped raisins, or mashed banana, maybe some chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.. Sounds like comfort food!

1/2 csugar

1/2 cmilk

1/4 cbutter, melted

1 tspbaking powder

How To Make baked oatmeal

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine sugar, melted butter, milk and egg. Add oats, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Mix well. Turn into a 13x9 greased pan.Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes til edges and top are golden brown.
