Ingredients For bacon churros

1 cwater

3 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspsalt

1 call purpose flour

1 tspcanola oil

3 ozcooked bacon, minced

3 cfrying oil

3 ozeggs

2 Tbspsugar

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make bacon churros

1in a large pot add the water, sugar and oil and allow to come to a boil next whisk in the flour and bacon until it forms a ball. Remove the mixture and place into a large bowl and fold in the eggs until fully absorbed, now place into a piping bag and pipe out long 3in churros onto a silt pad.

2Next freeze for 10 minutes. While churros are freezing place the fry oil in a large pot and bring temperature up to 350 degrees next remove churros from freezer and drop into the hot oil and cook for 3 minutes.

3Once cooked remove and place into a bowl with the cinnamon and sugar toss gently, serve immediately
