This is another great recipe that I found on one of my favorite websites called Heavenly Homemakers.
I love how it includes whole grains & healthy fats.

Ingredients

1 c
butter, melted
3/4 c
honey
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
milk or buttermilk
2 large
eggs
2 c
whole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)
1 1/2 c
oats
1/2 c
shredded coconut
1/4 c
sesame seeds
3/4 c
dried apricots, cut into small pieces

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine the honey & butter in a bowl.

Add baking soda, salt, vanilla, milk & eggs.

Stir in flour, oats, coconut & sesame seeds.

Fold in apricot pieces.

Spread into a greased 13x9 baking pan & bake at 350' for about 25 minutes.

Cool & cut into bars.
