medium sized apple
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 c
water
splenda or sugar to taste (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Peel one medium size apple. Cut fruit from core. Disgard core. Chop apple into bite size pieces.

Place chopped apple into a microwavable soup cup. Add cinnamon (if using splenda or sugar add at this time) and stir, coating apples. Add water.

Place cup in microvave for 2 minutes. Check after 1 minute, apples should be soft but not apple sauce, microwave times and temps very.
