Ingredients For almond cranberry biscotti

1-3/4 cflour

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

3/4 csugar
-
2 lgeggs
-
1/2 ctoasted almonds
-
1/4 ccranberries
-
1/8 colive oil

2 tspalmond extract
How To Make almond cranberry biscotti

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the flour,baking powder and salt.

2Add sugar, eggs, oil and extract and make a dough. Add nuts and cranberries. Make dough into a ball.

3Divide the ball in half, roll each half into a log, 1-1/2 by 12 inches long.

4Bake for 25 minutes. Cut logs into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange on cookie sheet and return to the oven for 15 minutes.
