Ingredients For almond cranberry biscotti

  • 1-3/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    toasted almonds
  • 1/4 c
    cranberries
  • 1/8 c
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    almond extract

How To Make almond cranberry biscotti

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the flour,baking powder and salt.

    Add sugar, eggs, oil and extract and make a dough. Add nuts and cranberries. Make dough into a ball.

    Divide the ball in half, roll each half into a log, 1-1/2 by 12 inches long.

    Bake for 25 minutes. Cut logs into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange on cookie sheet and return to the oven for 15 minutes.
