A twist on the classic the 7 layer bars my mom used to make at Christmastime.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

What a super decadent treat! These salted caramel chocolate bars are chocolate caramel goodness. The caramels melt in your mouth with sweet and smooth chocolate. We loved the bits of crunchy pretzels. A boxed cake mix is transformed into an easy dessert anyone can make. These bars will become your go-to recipe when you're asked to bring a dessert anywhere.
