What a treat! These bars are decadent, rich and super yummy.

Ingredients

1 box
chocolate cake mix
1
egg
1/2 c
oil
1 bag(s)
Rolo mini's
1 c
crushed pretzels
1 c
caramel bits
1 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c
caramel filled kisses, cut in half
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350.
2Mix together, cake mix, egg, and oil until it makes a soft dough, then press into a foil lined and greased 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake for 12 minutes.
3When it is done layer the rest of the ingredients on the bars saving the condensed milk for last so you can drizzle it evenly over top.
4Bake at 350 for another 18-20 minutes. Remove and let cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!
