Toblerone ice cream

This ice cream is a sure hit, not to mention sooo easy to make.

Ingredients

200 g
toblerone chocolate
4
egg yolks
1/2 c
+ 1 tablespoon confections sugar
2 c
heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt the chocolate

Beat eggs and sugar good then add the vanilla

Wip the heavy cream

Pour the chocolate into the egg and sugar mix. Gently turn the wipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Make sure you get what is in the bottom of the bowl mixed too :-)
Pour the final mixture into your preferred container and freeze for a min of 6 hours.
Serve with fresh fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
