My mom made this for me when she came and visited. My daughter absolutely LOVES it. And its healthy.

frozen strawberries
heavy cream , milk or soy milk
strawberry syrup

Directions Step-By-Step

In a blender put in 2 cups of frozen strawberries, about a half cup of milk of your choosing, blend well. Add about two tblsp of syrup. Blend until well blended. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking with the syrup and if not creamy enough add more milk or if to to creamy you can add more strawberries.
My children love the soymilk cause it actually taste like frozen yogurt. The first time I made it with soy they did not know. But now they prefer it with it. I promise you this, I don't care for soymilk but now I use it in our milkshakes and icecream we make. Otherwise I don't use it. But this is really good and healthy. Also, the frozen strawberries use straight from freezer. Do Not thaw them. That is what gives you the icecream texture. Hope you enjoy.
