Ingredients For skinnier un-fried ice cream balls

2 cvanilla frozen yogurt, fat free

2 ckelloggs crunchy nut flakes or o's cereal, crushed

1 1/2 Tbspcinnamon, ground
- TOPPINGS:

chocolate syrup
-
caramel ice cream topping
-
hot fudge sauce
-
butterscotch syrup
-
honey
-
whipped cream, sweetened
-
maraschino cherries
How To Make skinnier un-fried ice cream balls

1Line a baking sheet with silpat liner. With an ice cream scooper, scoop out 4 balls of ice cream 1/2 C in size & place on the silpat-lined baking sheet. Freeze for overnight or until the ice cream is very hard.

2Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl, combine the crushed cereal & cinnamon. Using rubber gloves, roll the balls of ice cream in the cereal coating, packing them together into a smooth ball. NOTE: To crush cereal; add to food processor along with cinnamon & pulse until crushed & combined.

3Return the coated ice cream to the baking sheet & freeze until ready to serve.

4To serve, drizzle with desired sauce on top & a squirt of whipped cream & cherry, if desired.
