Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt, fat free
- 2 cups kelloggs crunchy nut flakes or o's cereal, crushed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
- TOPPINGS:
- chocolate syrup
- caramel ice cream topping
- hot fudge sauce
- butterscotch syrup
- honey
- whipped cream, sweetened
- maraschino cherries
How To Make skinnier un-fried ice cream balls

Step 1Line a baking sheet with silpat liner. With an ice cream scooper, scoop out 4 balls of ice cream 1/2 C in size & place on the silpat-lined baking sheet. Freeze for overnight or until the ice cream is very hard.

Step 2Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl, combine the crushed cereal & cinnamon. Using rubber gloves, roll the balls of ice cream in the cereal coating, packing them together into a smooth ball. NOTE: To crush cereal; add to food processor along with cinnamon & pulse until crushed & combined.

Step 3Return the coated ice cream to the baking sheet & freeze until ready to serve.

Step 4To serve, drizzle with desired sauce on top & a squirt of whipped cream & cherry, if desired.
