  On a baking sheet, place 1/2 of crackers bottom side up.

  Spread caramel on evenly & then sprinkle with a little sea salt.

  Take softened ice cream & place on top of caramel/salt & top off with another cracker bottom down.

  Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
• 5

  Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
