RHUBARB ICE DESSERT tangy & refreshing
Nancy J. Patrykus
I think it sounds good.
Maybe you would like to try it.
Rhubarb has such a beautiful sweet tart taste when cooked.
I have a patch of Strawberry Rhubarb, and may have enough to pull this week. Hopefully!
If you have to buy rhubarb, choose the narrow red ones. Usually found at a Farmers Market.
I think you will like it better than the thicker green stalks.
Warning! do not use or cook the leaves they are toxic!!!
