Ingredients

egg whites
3/4 c
sugar
1 c
milk
1 c
half and half
3 c
raspberries in syrup, pureed
2 Tbsp
lemon juice

Step-By-Step

1Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

2Gradually beat in sugar, then milk, half and half, raspberries and lemon juice.

3Cover, refrigerate 30 minutes.

4Freeze as directed.

5Makes 2 quarts.
