Pink Grapefruit Sorbet (Crohn's Safe)

|1 1/2 c||sugar|
|1 3/4 c||water|
|1 Tbsp||grapefruit zest (white, pink or ruby red)|
|1 1/4 c||pink grapefruit juice|
|1/4 c||lemon juice|
|1 x large||egg white|
Combine sugar, zest & water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat when sugar is dissolved. Add juices.
Transfer sorbet mix to a storage container & refrigerate for 6 hours. Add lightly beaten egg white to mixture & mix thoroughly.
Freeze sorbet mixture in freezer for 4 hours or longer before serving.
