Ingredients
| 1 1/2 c | sugar |
| 1 3/4 c | water |
| 1 Tbsp | grapefruit zest (white, pink or ruby red) |
| 1 1/4 c | pink grapefruit juice |
| 1/4 c | lemon juice |
| 1 x large | egg white |

Directions
Combine sugar, zest & water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat when sugar is dissolved. Add juices.Transfer sorbet mix to a storage container & refrigerate for 6 hours. Add lightly beaten egg white to mixture & mix thoroughly.Freeze sorbet mixture in freezer for 4 hours or longer before serving.
