Ingredients

1 1/2 c sugar
1 3/4 c water
1 Tbsp grapefruit zest (white, pink or ruby red)
1 1/4 c pink grapefruit juice
1/4 c lemon juice
1 x large egg white

Combine sugar, zest & water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat when sugar is dissolved. Add juices.

Transfer sorbet mix to a storage container & refrigerate for 6 hours. Add lightly beaten egg white to mixture & mix thoroughly.

Freeze sorbet mixture in freezer for 4 hours or longer before serving.
