Any juice can be made into these icy treats,my new flavor is cranberry! Just pour cranberry juice into molds and freeze. If you don't have the molds,just pour juice into a small cup( like a Dixie cup) partially freeze then put a stick in the middle and freeze completely.
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 c water
- 2 c finely diced fresh pineapple
- 1 t. fresh lime juice
Purée syrup and pineapple in a food processor until smooth. Set a fine-mesh strainer over a medium pitcher; strain, pressing on solids to extract purée. Stir in lime juice. Divide among molds. Cover; insert ice-pop sticks. Freeze until firm. Dip bottoms of molds into hot water for 20-30 seconds to loosen pops. Remove pops and serve.
