I love Popping rocks candies to make any celebration fun ! I like to make this little sundae on celebration days with a base of my favorite naan all crisped and dusted with cinnamon sugar...you can style your sundae using your fave berries and pop rock flavors :0) Great for Memorial Day and July 4th !
Brush two pieces of naan on both sides with melted butter, then cut into small triangular pieces.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Place naan pieces on a large baking sheet and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar, turning to sprinkle other sides.
Place in a 375 degree oven and bake 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside to cool slightly.
Mash about 1/2 pint of the raspberries with the sugar in a small bowl to use as a topping. Make sure it is fairly syrupy.
To assemble your sundae, Place 3-4 naan cinnamon chips in bottom of bowl. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with a little of the mashed raspberries. Then top with whole raspberries and blueberries. FInally, when ready to serve, sprinkle with a little of the popping candy... big bang ! Serve any extra cinnamon naan chips on the side .
