I LOVE peanut butter & honey together, and when I saw this sauce recipe and how easy it was to make...I had to try it! It would also be good on waffles, toast, biscuits, and ice cream! Yum! Thanks go to "Southern Plate" for the recipe.

Directions

Put the honey & peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave 30 seconds more and stir again.

I can't believe I never tried it before now, ha! I've eaten peanut butter & honey together since I was a child...usually on toast or in a sandwich. It's really good on pancakes too! Who knew? Well...not me until now, hehe!

Sue...apple butter is also good on pancakes and waffles (it's not just for toast an biscuits).

I'll have to try that one of these days, Cin! Thanks! I made a really good pecan praline sauce (which I'll post later) and that was delicious on pancakes and waffles...and ice cream!
