Found online a while back...not sure where but it's quick and easy and tastes great. Easy to make up ahead for a group to finish a great Mexican dinner.

Ingredients For no fry-fried ice cream

6 cfavorite corn flakes, crushed

2 Tbspwhite sugar

3 Tbspbutter, melted

5 Tbspcorn syrup, light

2 Tbspground cinnamon

1 galvanilla ice cream
How To Make no fry-fried ice cream

1Combine crushed cereal, sugar, butter, corn syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix up good; set aside.

2Shape ice cream into 3 inch balls and roll in the cereal mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the ball is fully coated.

3Place ice cream balls in muffin tins and freeze until ready to serve.

4Serve with choice of toppings...whipped cream, chocolate syrup or cinnamon and a cherry on top!
