1 c	simple syrup
3 Tbsp	fresh lime juice

this is a easy and simple sorbet it is good on a hot summer day

place cubed mango in a food processor and puree. pour in simple syrup and lime juice, and puree until smooth.

place in ice cream maker. freeze thoroughly.
