Lemon Meringue Pie Milk Shakes

- whole milk
- 1 Tbsp
- grated lemon zest plus more for garnish (optional)
- 2 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice
- heaping tablespoons store bought lemon curd
- 11 oz
- vanilla ice cream (about 1 3/4 packed cups)
- whipped cream, sweetened
- pizzelle cookies for garnish (optional)
1In blender, combine milk,lemon zest,juice and curd; blend 5 seconds.
2Add vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth (about 10 seconds)
3Top shakes with whipped cream. Garnish with zest and pizzelles, if desired. Serve immediately.
