This is easy, delish & the possiblities are endless. (See note below for more suggestions) I have been making this for years. Wayyyyy before Stone Cold Creamery did it & I can't remember where I got the recipe from...either Jell-O Pudding box or Cool Whip container...I think it was one of those.

2 lg box

instant jell-o pudding, any flavor, dry (chocolate fudge is my favorite)
1/8 - 1/4 c

international delight cold stone creamery sweet cream coffee creamer (optional - but does add flavor)
1 tsp

pure vanilla extract
1 - 8 oz pkg

cool whip, thawed

How To Make jell-o pudding ice cream (no i. c. maker needed)

In a large bowl or stand mixer with paddle, add pudding, creamer & extract together; whisk well. Fold in cool whip; mix well.

Pour into freezable container & freeze for at least 4 hours.

NOTES: You can use fat free/sugar free pudding along with cool whip free for a low fat/fat free version.
