Lisa's StoryI make this Jello for every gathering we have, whether it be a birthday, graduation or anniversary! It is a big hit with kids as well as adults. The ice cream gives it a very creamy taste to it. I've substituted the orange jello with raspberry, lemon and lime before, and they all were wonderful! Try it!
orange flavored jello gelatin (8 oz.) or 2 (4 oz.) packages
cold orange juice
vanilla ice cream, softened (2 cups)
1Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes, until completely dissolved.
2Stir in cold orange juice.
3Stir in ice cream until melted and smooth.
4Pour into 5 cup mold.
5Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto a plate. Enjoy!
