Pudding makes everything better, never boring- it's smooth and silky and always leaves you wanting more. This recipe can be changed up to suit your flavor preference. There are hundreds of combinations.
Last year I used pumpkin ice cream and cheesecake pudding it was very , very delicious.

Ingredients

1 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 c
soda cracker crumbs
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
melted butter
1/2 gal
butter pecan ice cream
2 large
pkgs.(6 oz. each) french vanilla or butterscotch instant pudding
1 c
milk
8 oz
tub thawed cool whip
1/4 c
butter brickle crunchy bits, optional

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together the graham and soda cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a small bowl mixing like pie crust and pat into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350^ for 12-15 minutes.
Soften the ice cream;set aside.
In a large bowl blend the puddings and the 1 cup of milk and mix well until starting to thicken; add to soft ice cream and blend well.
Pour into cooled crust and spread top with Cool Whip nd sprinkle top with butter brickle, if desired.
