Ingredients For ice cream cake

1 canfat free sweetened condensed milk

340 glight cream (canned)

7 Tbsplight cream cheese
-
somecrushed whole wheat biscuits
-
melted dark chocolate for garnish
How To Make ice cream cake

1blend first 3 ingredients until smooth

2cover a tall pan (bread pan) with cling film or plastic
-
3crush the biscuits by hand in the prepared pan
-
4pour the cream mixture over the biscuits
-
5freeze it for 12 hour then flip it in a plate and garnish with chocolate sauce -cut it into slices
