I am always on the look out for caramel sauces. I would like to have a soft caramel popcorn recipe. I haven't found one I like yet. Anyone has one please let me know. :-)

Ingredients For hot caramel ice cream topping

5 Tbspbutter

1 cbrown sugar, packed

1/4 chalf and half
-
1 pinchsalt

1/2 tspvanilla extract

vanilla ice cream
How To Make hot caramel ice cream topping

1Over low heat melt together butter and brown sugar until smooth in heavy saucepan.

2Stir in salt; stir in half and half; simmer 4 minutes. Remove from heat.

3Serve over ice cream.Or anything else you can find to drizzle it on. :-)
