4hard taco shells (old el paso stand 'n stuff work the best)

cooking spray
-
4 Tbspcinnamon sugar
-
vanilla ice cream, softened

12 ozsemi-sweet baking chocolate
-
1 stickbutter
-
3 Tbspcorn syrup, light

peanuts, chopped
How To Make homemade choco taco's

1Spray inside of taco shells with cooking spray. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar inside & shake to cover inside of shells. Freeze 30 minutes. Meanwhile, let ice cream soften.

2Gently scoop ice cream into shells & smooth to the edge of the shell with butter knife. Freeze 4 hours.

3Melt chocolate in microwave; then stir in butter & corn syrup. Dip frozen top of tacos in chocolate mixture & sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze 30 minutes.
