Kristin's Story

This is one of the most rich and delicious crockpot desserts I have ever made! And served with some vanilla ice cream and mini chocolate chips on top? To. Die. For. :)

Ingredients

1 box
betty crocker fudge brownie mix
1/2 c
butter, melted

1 pkg
betty crocker chocolate chip cookie mix
1/4 c
mini chocolate chips, for garnish
vanilla ice cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all ingredients except the mini chocolate chips and ice cream into a crockpot. Mix together.

Cook on low for about 3 hours. Scoop into bowls and serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.

    I tried this yesterday and after three hours it was a runny, goopy mess. What exactly is the consistency supposed to be? And should I just cook it longer or turn it to high?

    Should be thick; almost cakelike. Just cook it longer on low. If you turn it on high, then it will burn.

    I made this yesterday and I cooked it at least 5 hours. I did put it on high for a little while and it burned at the edges. It was really good and a big hit though...DELICIOUS!!!

    That's a good question...I honestly don't remember what size mine is. :/
