- frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 tsp
- orange peel, finely shredded
1In a small saucepan combine the water and sugar.
2Heat and stir mixture until sugar is dissolved.
3Cool to room temperature.
4Add the frozen concentrate and the orange peel; stir until the concentrate is dissolved.
5Freeze in a 1 or 2 quart ice-cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
