Ingredients For cool & icy strawberry sorbet

2 csugar

1 cwater
-
4 ptfresh ripe strawberries

1/3 corange juice, fresh

1/4 clemon juice, fresh
How To Make cool & icy strawberry sorbet

1combine sugar and water in saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Cool

2Puree strawberries with electric mixer. Add juice to cooked syrup & strawberries

3Pour into ice trays. Cover and freeze at least 45 minutes. Remove trays from freezer and allow ice to soften slightly Spoon into sherbet dishes

4Makes about 2 quarts.
