Cookies N Cream Tortoni

- reduced fat oreos (or regular)
- 1 1/2 tsp
- light margarine melted
- fat free vanilla pudding cups (such as hunts snack pack)
- 1/2 c
- fat free whipped topping thawed
- 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract
1Place regular size muffin liners in pan and set aside, I usually do 6 of them.
2Place 4 or 5 cookies in ziploc bag and finely crush them with rolling pin.
3Combine cookie crumbs and butter and mix well. Press cookie crumbs in bottom or each liner. Place remaining cookies in bag and coarsely crush.
4Combine 1/4 cup of crushed cookies, pudding, whipped topping and vanilla in bowl and stir well. Divide pudding mixture into each cup. Top each with remaining crushed cookies.
5Cover and freeze until firm. Before serving I let them sit out for about 5 mins.
